📋 Description

• Design and ship tools for employers to manage health plan contributions
• Work across Lucie Marketplace, consumer marketplace, and ICHRA tooling
• Shape the ICHRA experience and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Partner with a Senior Product Designer and engineers, PMs, researchers
• Contribute to a scalable, intuitive experience across the Lucie suite
• Autonomy across multiple technical domains from research to delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product/UX Design
• 2+ examples of designing and shipping complex web/mobile interfaces
• 2+ years managing stakeholders directly
