Lead Creative Designer (Web and Graphic)

📋 Description

• Design responsive websites, landing pages, and emails using HubSpot drag-and-drop builder
• Conceptualize and create engaging visual assets based on creative briefs
• Ensure all designs are accurate, consistent, and meet quality standards before delivery
• Manage projects effectively and meet deadlines; collaborate with team and attend meetings
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements, present ideas, and provide updates
• Stay up-to-date with design software, AI tools, and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer and/or web designer
• Portfolio showcasing both graphic and web design work (B2B preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• Experience in graphic design, web design, and email marketing design
• Proficiency in Figma; knowledge of HTML/CSS; experience with HubSpot drag-and-drop builder
• Strong branding, visual identity skills, and familiarity with AI design tools like Midjourney
