Finance Manager, APS Portfolio Copay Center of Excellence (COE)

📋 Description

• Partner with Patient Services and Copay COE teams on LBE, Plan, LRP forecasts including P&L
• Provide variance analysis for planning cycles and deliver management reporting
• Support monthly close with review of expenses, accruals, and reporting packages
• Provide financial guidance and scenario analysis for initiatives
• Review and approve PO requests, invoices, accruals, and spend transactions
• Support projects to standardize planning, optimize reporting, and financial controls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 7-10 years FP&A and Capital management experience
• 2+ years people management/supervisory experience
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivots, complex formulas)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
