IT Operations Technician II

📋 Description

• Provide expert IT operations support to internal partners
• Administer cloud platforms: Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack Enterprise Grid, Jira, AWS
• Manage IT logistics for US region: equipment, inventory, shipping, asset lifecycle
• Automate IT workflows using the Tines platform
• Develop and execute projects to improve IT service delivery
• Handle IT endpoint management via JumpCloud (MDM)

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years in IT Operations with enterprise cloud platforms
• Experience in IT Operations support with root-cause analysis
• Expert level MacOS knowledge
• Familiarity with HR and other core enterprise apps
• Comfort with MacOS terminal, log analysis across platforms
• Autonomous work style with escalation when needed
