Accounts Receivable Specialist (Fixed-Term)

📋 Description

• Manage assigned aged receivables and follow up on overdue balances
• Investigate overdue and disputed receivables to drive resolution
• Support monthly bad debt and provision activities with data and entries
• Analyze payment behavior and aging trends to identify risks
• Perform monthly AR reporting and reconciliations
• Monitor cash application and resolve discrepancies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Practical AR experience or similar finance function
• Strong understanding of AR processes and accounting principles
• Analytical skills to interpret data and identify issues
• Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus)
• Fluent in English; able to work in EU; good communication
