Technical Support and Hardware Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide responsive and professional technical support to the St. Lawrence University campus
• Interact with faculty, staff, students, and other campus members in person, by email, phone, and
• Deliver courteous customer service with a focus on the user experience.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Advise users on maintaining technology and update knowledgebase articles
• Support the IT ticketing system; evaluate, assign, complete, advise, and follow up with clients

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android managed via SCCM and JAMF
• Lead computer deployments and annual hardware replacements
• Support Apple and HP hardware and HP printer hardware
• Diagnose hardware failures and replace components
• Maintain asset inventory with high attention to detail
• Provide support for Microsoft Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud
