📋 Description
- Lead a team of Quality Engineers while supporting career development, team health, and performance
- Build and drive comprehensive test strategies for complex product, platform, data, and financial
- Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Information Security, and business stakeholders from
- Help developers and cross-functional teams shift testing left by embedding quality practices
- Guide automation strategy across UI, API, contract, data, E2E, load, and performance testing
- Improve existing test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration so testing supports faster
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical
- 8+ years of software testing, quality engineering, SDET, or related engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring quality engineers or cross-functional
- Experience owning quality strategy for large, complex, customer-facing systems.
- Experience with test automation across UI, API, contract, data, E2E, load, or performance testing.
- Experience enhancing test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, K6, or
