📋 Description

• Execute visual, commercial and styling curation in store per guidelines
• Coach and develop store team to contribute to great customer experience
• Collaborate with Store Management and Area Visual Manager on workload and activation plans
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities to brand standards
• Ensure garment care, stock levels and input on allocation
• Support omnichannel/in-store processes and KPI follow-up

• Curious, creative and proactive with strong communication
• Experience applying visual and commercial best practices in retail
• Ability to analyze selling data and weekly reports; focus on improvements
• Knowledge of fashion trends and presentation techniques
• Leadership ability and experience coaching store teams
• Willingness to collaborate across functions and regions
