Quality Lab Technician I

📋 Description

• Conducts daily product quality inspections, audits products from machines and lines, and reports
• Reports findings to team leads and supervisors to support quality goals.
• Audits receiving and warehouse processes; shares suggestions with management.
• Maintains confirmation samples and signed controls to prevent mixups.
• Assists in documenting SOPs and creating visual aids for standardized processes.
• Performs production and warehouse audits to ensure SOP compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent required.
• Six months of experience as a Quality Control Inspector or Process Auditor.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to train others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
