📋 Description
- Provide global compliance guidance and develop standards/policies for compliance infrastructure.
- Offer practical employment counsel across the employee lifecycle, US and internationally.
- Manage disputes, including contract, vendor, IP, privacy, and bankruptcy matters.
- Lead investigations and oversee compliance hotline processes and training.
- Collaborate with People Team and business partners to align legal guidance with business goals.
🎯 Requirements
- J.D. from accredited law school; licensed to practice law.
- 4-7 years of experience in compliance, employment and/or litigation.
- Strong judgment and ability to provide practical, business-oriented advice.
- Process-oriented with ability to implement scalable legal processes; excellent communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; willing to travel and work
- Preferred: in-house experience and experience advising on US and international employment matters.
