• Design and ship tools to help employers manage health plan contributions in Lucie Marketplace.
• Shape the ICHRA experience across Lucie ecosystem (direct enrollment, consumer marketplace, ICHRA
• Autonomously navigate multiple technical domains from research to high-fidelity delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, data, and operations.
• Contribute to the Oscar design language system and brand in product experiences.
• Work with AI-assisted tools to streamline design-to-engineering processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product/UX Design
• 2+ concrete examples of designing and shipping complex web and mobile interfaces
• 2+ years managing stakeholders directly
