📋 Description
- Lead a team of Quality Engineers and coach for career growth.
- Develop and drive quality strategies across product, platform, data, and trading workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Eng, InfoSec, and stakeholders.
- Embed quality practices earlier in the SDLC.
- Guide automation strategy for UI, API, contract, data, and performance tests.
- Improve test frameworks and CI/CD integration for faster releases.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in software testing/quality engineering.
- 2+ years leading quality engineers or teams.
- Experience owning quality strategy for large systems.
- Test automation across UI, API, contract, data, E2E, load, perf.
- Experience with Playwright/Cypress/Selenium/K6 or similar.
