📋 Description

• Serve as contact for HCPs and patients on access challenges.
• Act as SME in insurance, prior authorizations, and funding options.
• Explain patient benefits, financial assistance, and access questions.
• Maintain access to insurance intelligence for the team.
• Collaborate with providers, pharmacies, and payors to resolve issues.
• Educate on access processes for patient plans and coverage.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; degree preferred.
• 2-4 years in healthcare or reimbursement; call center exposure preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial/government insurance, prior authorizations, and appeals.
• Experience with Medicare Part D, Medicaid, private payers, benefits.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and multiple systems.
