📋 Description

• Build production systems where AI agents do real work on real code
• Operate inside deterministic gates with independent verification
• Collaborate on a greenfield project within a mature platform
• Work on security-first, governed adoption of autonomous workflows
• Partner with security & PDD teams to align on architecture
• Contribute to reliability and observability of agentic systems

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building enterprise-grade software
• Hands-on Java or Python experience
• Experience with AI agents, tool calling, multi-step execution
• Familiarity with AI governance, policy, and audit readiness
• Experience with CI/CD/build systems (Jenkins/Bamboo)
• Experience running AI coding assistants and AI-enabled workflows
