Solution Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead business and technical discovery to uncover requirements, pain points, and success criteria
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations
• Foster relationships with third‑party vendors and partners to enhance offerings
• Own POC engagements, including scoping and success criteria

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role
• Knowledge in UCaaS, CCaaS, CRM, SIP, VOIP, AI, APIs, Automation Services (Workato, Redox..)
• Ability to present confidently to technical and business stakeholders
• Fluent in English
