- Own Rain's onchain product roadmap end to end
- Lead smart contracts, chain coverage, settlement, and payments
- Collaborate with engineering on protocol tradeoffs and architecture
- Decide chains, assets, and stablecoins Rain supports
- Maintain security bar with audits, monitoring, and incident response
🎯 Requirements
- 8-10 years PM experience in a product-led, engineering-focused company
- Deep blockchain fluency: EVM, Solana, onchain design
- Strong product judgment and analytical rigor
- Autonomous, problem-solving, ownership mindset
- Sound onchain security instincts; weigh risk vs deadlines
- Tech fluency beyond chain: APIs, distributed systems, payments
