• Proven experience leading creative/3D design teams
• Experience in platform/SaaS/e‑commerce settings
• Understanding of how operations scale digital products
• Process optimization and workflow automation
• Interest in AI/tools to boost productivity
• Strong data-driven decision making and scheduling
