GTM Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Administer and maintain core GTM systems (CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement tools)
• Configure, troubleshoot, and improve GTM platforms to meet evolving business needs
• Maintain data integrity and governance across GTM platforms
• Develop and refine reports, dashboards, and data exports for decision-making
• Collaborate with RevOps and analytics to surface actionable insights
• Provide user support and create onboarding materials for GTM systems

• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis tools, and reporting software
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution abilities
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
