Senior AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Prototype, mature, and ship AI-powered capabilities into Nexthink’s cloud platform
• Lead architectural decisions, establish best practices
• Ensure AI systems are scalable, observable, and production-grade
• Design, develop, and operate production-grade AI/ML systems (LLM, NLP, RAG, multi-agent)
• Integrate external AI services into Nexthink’s cloud platform
• Work with AWS and container/orchestration tech for deployment

🎯 Requirements

• BSc/MSc in CS, ML, Data Science or related field
• 5+ years software engineering, cloud services in production
• Hands-on with LLM-powered or ML/NLP apps
• Strong Python and AI framework proficiency
• Solid ML fundamentals (training, optimization, evaluation)
• Experience with NLP systems and LLMs (prompting, observability, RAG, agents)
