Maintenance Supervisor in Training

📋 Description

• Manage service team to maintain property upkeep and repairs
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work
• Train onsite with supervisor; potential transfer to another Charlotte community
• Work in a customer-service driven environment for residents
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances
• Share on-call duties with team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trade experience; 1 year lead/supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant cert (Type I & II or Universal)
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience required
• Computer skills: manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies, email
• Valid driver's license, transportation and tools
