Strategic Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Lead workforce planning insights with cross-functional partners
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning processes
• Develop and optimize financial forecasting systems and tools
• Partner with HR, Recruiting, Compensation, and Analytics to drive scalable analyses
• Prepare material for management and Board discussions
• Support Scale growth through strategic financial planning

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Corporate Finance or Strategic Finance
• Experience with forecasting tools (Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan); bonus for implementation experience
• Strong project management; adept at handling large data sets and process improvements
• Excel modeling expert; proficient with Google Suite
• Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize financial processes, reporting, or forecasting
