📋 Description

• Manage and support a team of 7–8 engineers developing the RightsDB, a new foundational database for
• Support RightsDB work to enable new video content to reach the platform via a Publishing Deny List
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to help engineers grow and align with goals
• Foster an inclusive, growth-oriented culture where team members feel empowered
• Partner with product, design, legal, and rights operations to define scope, roadmap, and priorities
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation, setting squad strategy

🎯 Requirements

• You have 1+ years of experience managing software engineering teams in a product-focused setting
• You have 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience (web, backend, or full-stack)
• You have experience with web technologies, distributed systems, or cloud platforms
• You are comfortable managing stakeholders from technical and non-technical backgrounds
• You have a track record of delivering outcomes in a collaborative environment
• You care about user experience, data accuracy, and system integrity in IP/legal domains
