Physical Therapist

📋 Description

• Be part of an interdisciplinary team (IDT) delivering patient-centered care.
• Plan and coordinate restorative and rehabilitative PT services.
• Work to maximize participant independence and safety.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy; master’s/doctoral preferred.
• Valid California Physical Therapy License or eligibility.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire, maintained thereafter.
• Outpatient, acute, inpatient, or SNF experience preferred.
• Ability to conduct PT assessments and participate in IDT care planning.
• Supervise therapy assistants and provide caregiver/staff training on equipment use.
