• Strategic financial leader on the executive team.

• Provide timely, accurate financial insights to the CEO and Board.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA/MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership.
• Nonprofit/mission-driven sector experience.
• Proven multi-department team leadership.
• Experience presenting financials to boards and execs.
• Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
