📋 Description

• Provide PTA services during home health visits.
• Assist patients to attain/maintain physical well-being per PT delegation.
• Deliver treatments, tests, education and interventions as prescribed.
• Work in Concord Visist office serving Lebanon, NH area.

🎯 Requirements

• Active NH licensure/certification as PTA.
• Graduate from a two-year ATA/physical therapy program.
• One year PTA experience and satisfactory proficiency exam (pre-1977).
• At least one year supervision under a licensed Physical Therapist.
