Job Description
📋 Description
- Provide direct support to individuals with intensive behavioral and mental‑health needs in group
- Support individuals per behavior and treatment plans, crisis prevention, de‑escalation, and manual
- Maintain a clean, safe living environment and assist with daily living activities and community
- Document services, observations, and health concerns using electronic systems.
- Monitor behavior changes and communicate with supervisors during crises or safety events.
- Support family contacts, appointments, medication tasks, and adherence to medical plans.
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years minimum experience with chronic/severe mental illness OR degree in a mental‑health field
- Must be 18+ (some programs require 21+)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic documentation
