MES Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead a team of MES Technicians for plant software suite reliability and uptime
• Coordinate with Controls, Robotics, and SCADA Sustaining teams to resolve data handshakes
• Bridge to core Dev teams to escalate deep bugs and deploy optimizations
• Align daily with Production, Quality, and Logistics for smooth workflows
• Drive continuous improvement and minor software/configuration changes
• Plan resources and establish escalation paths for 24/7 operations

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in industrial automation, MES, or plant software
• 2+ years people management experience
• Strong cross-functional communication
• Industrial software and data expertise; enterprise-scale software
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience on a fast-paced manufacturing floor
