📋 Description
- Design, build, and maintain AI-driven solutions across business and engineering teams
- Integrate AI into existing systems (HRIS, ATS, ERP, procurement, CI/CD, tooling)
- Develop AI workflows for document generation, data extraction, and knowledge retrieval
- Centralize AI Ops with a Technical Lead and cross-functional agents
- Help train the organization on AI best practices and cost visibility
- Maintain security, identity, access, and lifecycle practices for AI agents
🎯 Requirements
- Experience with modern AI/ML tools and models
- Experience building/consuming APIs and data pipelines
- Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) in production
- Ability to compare AI models across providers (cost, latency, quality)
- Comfort using usage data to forecast and optimize costs
- Translate business workflows into technical AI solutions
