📋 Description

• Build fit blocks for key styles to start garment development.
• Manage fit from 1st proto to bulk production.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications for all styles.
• Sketch flats and provide fit comments to vendors.
• Collaborate with global teams to maintain fit processes.
• Work with merchandising to ensure quality and consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years as technical designer or related role.
• Pattern making, construction, grading, and fit standards for intimates, swim, maternity.
• Experience with stretch fabrics, bras, swim, and fit-sensitive garments.
• Pattern making software and Google Sheets proficiency.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay Range:
• $120,000 USD – $140,000 USD
