Maintenance Technician - Make Ready

📋 Description

• Complete turn/make ready of vacant apartments
• Assist team with maintenance work orders
• Maintain property grounds daily
• Help maintain community appearance (grounds, amenities, pool)
• Collaborate with maintenance team to keep property running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
• No HVAC certification required if willing to train toward certification
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting/repair a plus
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
