📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, or swallowing issues.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans with physician orders and goals.
• Collaborate with BAYADA clinicians in multidisciplinary care.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and safety.
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Current licensed Speech Language Pathologist in STATE.
• Certificate of clinical competence from ASHA, or equivalent credentials with planned certification.
• Complete education/work experience for certification; pursuing ASHA exam if applicable.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
