Director of Finance

📋 Description

• Own finance, accounting, and statutory compliance for CommerceIQ’s India entity.
• Partner with global controllership in the US to align India ops with policy and reporting standards.
• Manage and develop a small India finance team; act as authorized signatory across banking, tax, and
• Lead day-to-day accounting, close processes, and financial dashboards for leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CA or equivalent strongly preferred.
• 10-12+ years in progressive accounting/finance roles with prior leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, Companies Act 2013, GST/TDS/PF/PT/STPI.
• Proven GST/TDS compliance ownership and ERP configuration (e-Way Bill, GSTIN localization).
• Experience as authorized signatory for banking interactions; familiarity with EEFC/e-BRC.
• Experience coordinating audits/filings with auditors, tax consultants, and company secretaries
