🎯 Requirements
- Significant experience designing and evolving large-scale data platforms
- Real-time and event-driven architecture knowledge (Kafka, Pub/Sub)
- Leadership of cross-team technical initiatives
- Experience building platform capabilities and shared services
- Strong reliability, scalability, performance, governance, and cost judgment
- Ability to move between architecture decisions and hands-on work
