Cash Application Associate

📋 Description

• Process client payments and record in financial systems
• Manage daily cash application across bank accounts
• Audit and reconcile financial records for accuracy
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Treasury
• Prepare AR reports and monitor KPIs for cash apps
• Support RCM processes and internal controls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in finance or accounting; CPA preferred
• Minimum 2 years in finance/accounting, cash applications
• Strong Excel and ERP experience; SAP knowledge a plus
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Problem-solving and collaborative abilities
