📋 Description

• Analyze customers’ business processes across project stages
• Elicit needs via stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Develop functional and non-functional requirements
• Create specs: Functional Specifications, User Stories, SRS, Solution Design
• Clarify requirements for design, development, QA and support teams
• Demonstrate solutions to customers and gather feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in BA/analyst roles in software projects
• Trading-related financial products experience
• SQL for data analysis
• Oracle PL/SQL or APEX experience
• Knowledge of software requirements management and traceability
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile/Scrum
