IT Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Support identity and access management systems (SSO, MFA, provisioning, deprovisioning).
• Administration of Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and related SaaS apps; user management &
• Manage macOS/Windows endpoints with MDM (Jamf, Intune) including enrollment & compliance.
• Oversee SaaS application lifecycle with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to IT automation to reduce manual work (provisioning, reviews, licenses).
• Escalation point for Helpdesk on access, devices, apps issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in IT systems, IT engineering, or similar role.
• Practical exposure to IAM, endpoint management, SaaS admin, IT ops.
• Okta knowledge (SSO, MFA, user lifecycle); Okta Workflows/SCIM a plus.
• Experience administering Google Workspace and Slack; Microsoft 365 a plus.
• Experience with MDM (Jamf, Intune) or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple SaaS platforms and vendor relationships.
