Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Analyze customers’ business processes and operations at all project stages
• Analyze and document legacy systems and existing functionality
• Elicit customers' needs through stakeholder interviews and workshops, and propose solutions
• Develop functional and non-functional requirements for software products
• Create specifications: Functional Specs, User Stories, SRS, Solution Design
• Clarify requirements for design, development, QA and support teams

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in BA/Functional/System Analyst or similar in software projects
• Hands-on brokerage/financial trading experience
• Experience analyzing legacy systems and documenting business processes
• Experience writing functional specifications
• SQL for data analysis
• Oracle PL/SQL or APEX
