📋 Description

• Lead the establishment and maturity of a large-scale healthcare data governance program.
• Develop governance frameworks, policies, standards, and data stewardship practices.
• Provide strategic leadership across data governance, privacy, analytics, and digital health.
• Set ownership and accountability structures for data across the healthcare ecosystem.
• Partner with government leaders, clinicians, technical teams, and external partners to align
• Develop digital health policies and roadmaps supporting system-wide transformation.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Healthcare Sciences, Health Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years leading Canadian healthcare data governance strategy at provincial/territorial level or
• 10+ years in government health planning and data/digital health initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead at provincial healthcare-system scale and influence priorities.
• 10+ years in public Healthcare leadership with people management experience.
• 8+ years developing digital health policies and roadmaps at provincial scale.
