Capital Markets Sales Technology Lead

📋 Description

• Lead design, development, and delivery of sales tech for equity derivatives.
• Own scalable OMS for equity derivatives, from initiation to post-trade.
• Design integrations with SIMON, Luma, Evooq, OTCX, Halo, CAIS.
• Drive digital distribution and self-service tools for clients.
• Manage Bloomberg workflows, pricing, and terminal integrations.
• Oversee REST APIs, trade data, and structured product workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering; 4+ years in capital markets/finance.
• Strong Python and Java; able to own full-stack delivery.
• Deep knowledge of equity derivatives and structured products.
• Experience with structured product platforms (SIMON, Luma, Evooq, OTCX, Halo, CAIS).
• Experience with Bloomberg workflows, BSYM/BBGID, and terminal integration.
• Proven REST API design; experience with FIX or financial messaging.
