🎯 Requirements

• Technical recruitment experience in fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to build diverse talent pipelines
• Strong program and stakeholder management
• Data-driven sourcing with ATS proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Nice to have: direct university sourcing and Ashby ATS experience
