Field Deployment Manager

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end deployment projects from pre-installation planning through go-live.
• Review building plans to determine device and gateway placement.
• Coordinate third-party installers, low-voltage/general contractors, client IT and facility teams.
• Ensure site prerequisites are completed before installation.
• Track device quantities, progress, logistics and milestones.
• Provide technical direction to contractors and resolve blockers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years deploying physical tech in occupied commercial buildings (IoT, low-voltage, security, AV
• Strong ability to read floor plans and construction drawings.
• Hands-on networking knowledge: IP addressing, DHCP/DNS, VLANs, firewall rules and connectivity.
• Experience coordinating third-party contractors or field service teams.
• Strong project coordination and execution skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot remotely and direct on-site troubleshooting.
