• Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex Spend and corporate card implementations for enterprise and
• Turn business requirements and solution designs into actionable implementation plans with
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchant Services, Product, Operations, Risk, and external partners to

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project/program management with
• 4+ years of client‑facing delivery or professional services in fast‑paced environments
• Proven track record delivering cross‑functional projects with diverse stakeholders including
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead steering meetings and influence
• Experience delivering ERP, accounting, or expense platform implementations (e.g., Netsuite, SAP
