Accounting Specialist, UAFEECA

📋 Description

• Fixed Assets Accountant for UAEECA region.
• Own fixed assets accounting across UAEECA; create/change/dispose assets; manage CAPEX-related WBS.
• Ensure depreciation, IFRS compliance, local and tax requirements.
• Manage POs related to fixed assets; perform monthly GL reconciliations.
• Handle lease accounting under IFRS 16; support audits and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Controlling.
• 3+ years in accounting; strong numeric/analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SAP experience a plus.
• Structured, process-driven; able to work independently and in teams.
• English intermediate or higher; FMCG/multinational experience advantageous.
