📋 Description

• Oversees financial record-keeping and produces monthly reports.
• Maintains accounting records, manages controls, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensures GAAP compliance and standard bookkeeping practices across entities.
• Role reports to Finance Manager and is 100% remote.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in QuickBooks; familiarity with XERO or similar accounting software.
• Knowledge of US Taxation, GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliations.
• Experience with general ledger, accounts payable, and month-end close.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent; minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience.
• Ability to manage multi-entity accounting and provide timely financial statements.
