📋 Description

• Develop and debug RAN software across PHY-MAC-RRC layers
• Work on LTE and 5G NR stack integration and testing
• Analyze cross-layer logs to root cause field issues
• Collaborate on end-to-end 4G/5G network architecture design
• Build AI-powered automation for log analysis and bug triage
• Contribute to CI/CD tooling and internal engineering tools

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on RAN software development experience
• LTE and 5G NR expertise across multiple RATs
• Strong C/C++ on Linux with debugging skills
• Experience with TCP/IP, UDP, SCTP, Ethernet, Xn/X2 interfaces
• Proficiency with GDB, Wireshark, QXDM, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
• Familiar with AI/ML for RAN optimization and analytics
