Principal Technical Engineer

📋 Description

• Drive, deliver and support enterprise-level contact center tech solutions
• Work with Cisco IPT solutions (UC, CVP, IPCC/CTIOS) for enterprise clients
• Provide troubleshooting across SIP, voice gateways, and related IP telephony components
• Engage in design, deployment and support of IP telephony architectures
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to client-facing engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years configuring/supporting complex IPT with Cisco UC, Voice Mail, ICM and Oracle ACME
• Strong troubleshooting for Cisco Voice Gateways and Oracle ACME SBCs
• UCCE/IPCC/CTIOS expertise; SIP deployment and support
• Experience with LAN/WAN design, QoS, VLANs, VoIP infrastructures
• SQL Query Analyzer/Call Trace/Log Analysis helpful
• Cisco CER, CCNA/CCNP/CCIE certifications
