Our Client
We're partnering with a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand in the personal care space, known for its natural, high-quality products and strong customer loyalty.
The brand has built significant traction and is now scaling aggressively through paid social, with approximately $200K/month in Meta ad spend.
They're looking for a Media Buyer who can take ownership of the Meta account, optimize toward profitable growth, and identify opportunities to scale while maintaining strong performance.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, analytical, and proactive.
The Role
As the Media Buyer, you'll be responsible for executing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns at significant scale.
You'll own day-to-day account performance, monitor CAC and ROAS, conduct regular account audits, and identify the creative angles, customer avatars, and concepts driving the strongest results.
You'll also work closely with the Founder / Creative Strategist, turning your performance insights into actionable recommendations for future creative briefs and testing.
This is not a role for someone who simply manages campaigns based on instructions. We're looking for someone who can spot weaknesses, identify opportunities, and proactively recommend what should happen next.
Responsabilities
Meta Ads Management
- Execute and manage Meta Ads campaigns with approximately $200K/month in ad spend.
- Monitor performance and optimize toward target CAC and ROAS.
- Manage budgets and scaling decisions based on performance.
- Maintain a clean, structured, and organized ad account.
- Follow consistent campaign and asset naming conventions.
- Monitor account performance closely and react to changes quickly.
Performance Analysis
- Conduct weekly or bi-weekly account audits.
- Perform detailed analytics breakdowns to identify performance trends and opportunities.
- Identify top-performing:
- Creative angles
- Customer avatars
- Messaging
- Creative concepts
- Campaign structures
- Identify underperforming areas and recommend corrective actions.
- Translate account-level insights into clear strategic recommendations.
Creative & Growth Collaboration
- Work closely with the Founder / Creative Strategist.
- Share insights that can inform future creative briefs and testing.
- Identify which angles and concepts are driving performance.
- Help determine what creative should be scaled, iterated, or replaced.
- Connect media performance with broader creative strategy.
Requirements
Must Have
- Proven track record of helping scale a brand from approximately 7 figures to 8 figures on D2C/DTC niche
- Proven experience managing significant Meta Ads budgets.
- Experience managing relevant ad spend within the last 2 years.
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, and paid social performance.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Direct-response marketing background strongly preferred.
- Highly organized and structured approach to account management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and make performance-driven decisions.
- Proactive mindset—you identify weaknesses and opportunities without waiting to be asked.
Ideal Candidate

- Has experience scaling rather than simply maintaining accounts.
- Is comfortable managing ~$200K/month in Meta spend.
- Understands the relationship between media buying and creative performance.
- Doesn't need to be told what to look at—you actively look for opportunities.
- Keeps accounts extremely organized.
- Can confidently explain why something is working or not working.
- Turns data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Benefits
- Base: $3,000–$4,500 USD/month
- Plus performance-based commission, potentially tied to:

- The final package will depend on experience and proven track record.
- Full-time, long-term contract under contractor agreement
