📋 Description

• Build and maintain InDesign automation to generate print-ready layouts from structured content
• Debug and stabilize existing production scripts in the InDesign pipeline
• Use InDesign Server / headless rendering for production-scale automation
• Collaborate with design and engineering to reduce manual layout work
• Ramp into backend tickets alongside the Rails team
• Communicate clearly in a fully remote, US-based team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on InDesign scripting (ExtendScript and/or UXP .idjs)
• Motivation to grow into backend development (Ruby, Python, Java, etc.)
• Git proficiency and PR-based code reviews
• Ability to debug others' automation, not just build new scripts
• Ability to work independently with limited documentation
• Fluent English (written & spoken); Central Time overlap
