📋 Description
- Frontend platform architecture and performance for Amplitude\u0027s UI foundations
- Drive build-out of autonomous, AI-agent-driven engineering workflows
- Set technical direction for frontend infrastructure and tooling
- Collaborate with product, design systems, and infra teams to solve core platform pain points
- Lead foundational investments to improve engineering velocity
- Mentor senior engineers and influence cross-team architecture decisions
🎯 Requirements
- Real world software engineering at Staff level or equivalent
- Deep frontend architecture expertise with React or similar frameworks
- Strong infrastructure/systems instincts (build tooling, CI/CD, dev environments)
- Experience improving frontend performance at scale
- Experience designing internal developer tooling or platform infra
- Hands-on with AI-agent-driven engineering workflows or clear vision for them
