📋 Description

• Maintain clean, beautiful, welcoming apartment communities.
• Perform groundskeeping duties and light maintenance as needed.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm in Grapevine, TX.
• Assist with landscaping tasks and outdoor space upkeep.
• Use equipment like backpack blowers and power washers when required.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Capable of physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 50+ lbs, and working outdoors
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with maintenance and leasing teams.
• Willingness to learn and grow into more advanced maintenance roles.
